Technicians can effectively handle incidents and deliver services from any location. With the newly added requester version, the service desk is accessible at all times, ensuring that employees can access the support and resources they need to maintain productivity.
Features for Technicians:

- Assign or reassign active incidents
- Update and resolve issues
- Access historical data for troubleshooting
Features for Employees:
- Submit tickets (e.g., report a broken device)
